Liebe FreundInnen!
Wir laden alle Mitglieder und alle, die gerne Mitglied werden möchten, herzlich zur ersten und konstituierenden Mitgliederversammlung des Graz:Spendenkonvois ein. Die Generalversammlung findet am Dienstag, 12.07.2016 ab 19:00 im AAI – Afro-Asiatisches Institut Graz in der Leechgasse 24, 8010 Graz statt. Danke dem AAI für die Gastfreundschaft 🙂

Tagesordnung:
-Begrüßung
-Vereinsziele und Vereinsregeln
– Mitgliedschaft
-Vorstellung der Kandidaten zur Wahl des Vorstands
-Wahl des Vorstandes
-Konvoi nach Griechenland im August
-Integrative Sommer-Aktivitäten in der Steiermark
-Allfälliges (Ideen, Vorschläge, Wünsche)

Wer im Verein Mitglied ist und den Verein über die Mitgliedschaft hinaus und damit unsere Ziele, Anliegen und Aktivitäten über eine Funktion im Vorstand mittragen und auch mitverantworten möchte, ist herzlich eingeladen, den Wunsch zur Kandidatur (inkl. Mitgliedschaftsantrag) bis Montag, 04. Juli Matthias Aufinger oder Nicola Baloch schriftlich per PN oder Email (n.baloch@aai-graz.at) zu übermitteln.

Mitglied werden ist ganz einfach:
1. Mitgliedsantrag öffnen:

Mitgliedschaft Graz Spendenkonvoi deutsch
2. Mitgliedsantrag und Info lesen.
3. Ausdrucken, ausfüllen und unterschreiben
4. Per Mailanhang oder Post an Nicola Baloch zurücksenden
5. Den Mitgliedsbeitrag auf unser Vereinskonto überweisen.
6. Wir schicken dann eine Willkommens- und Bestätigungsmail.

Als Vereinsmitglied könnt Ihr an allen Aktivitäten des Vereins teilnehmen. Ihr habt Mitbestimmungsrecht in der Generalversammlung und könnt auch Mitglied im Vorstand werden, indem Ihr kandidiert. Wir freuen uns auf Eure Beitritts-Emails/Briefe und hoffen, dass gaaanz viele Mitglieder den Graz:Spendenkonvoi auch weiterhin unterstützen und aktiv mittragen. Refugees welcome!

Dear friends,
we kindly invite all members and those who want to become member to our first General Assembly of the newly founded association „Graz:Spendenkonvoi Delivering Humanity to Refugees“. The meeting will hold on Tuesday, July 12,2016 from 7 PM at the AAI – Afro-Asiatisches Institut Graz in Leechgasse 24, 8010 Graz. Thank you AAI for the hospitality! 🙂

The agenda of the meeting:
-Welcome
-Goals, activites and rules of the association
-Membership
-Introduction and presentation of the canditates for the Executive -Board of Graz:Spendenkonvoi
-Election of the Executive Board
-Next Konvoi to Greece in August
-Integrative activites in Graz and Styria over the summer
-Ideas, suggestions and other concerns

Members of the association are kindly invited to stand for elections for the Executive Board of the Graz:Spendenkonvoi. If you wish to become a member of the Executive Board, please, communicate your wish (including membership application) to Matthias Aufinger or Nicola Baloch via PN or Email (n.baloch@aai-graz.at) until Monday, Juli 4, 2016.

Joining as member is as simple as that:

3. Print, fill and sign the form
4. Send to Nicola Baloch attached to an email or by post
5. Pay the membership fee to our account (reduction possible)
6. We will send a welcome- and confirmation email back to you
